Business Development Support – Hullo

Hullo are a national non-profit organisation. Conversation is at the heart of everything we do. You can chat with our volunteers about anything at all.
Our phone lines are open every day from 9am to 9pm.

You can chat with us as often as you like for as much as twenty minutes each time.

Hullo is all about safe, relaxed, everyday conversation. We’re not a medical or mental health organisation, counselling service or helpline. But we work in partnership with other charities and can refer you to them if you’re in need of specialist help and advice.

To summarise this opportunity best, below are the main tasks/responsibilities this role will involve:

  1. Researching businesses and industries which align with Hullo values
  2. Building an extensive range of contacts on Excel (CRM)
  3. Communicating via LinkedIn, telephone and email
  4. Following a specific outreach template; avoiding boring, 'salesy' contact
  5. Arranging, preparing for and engaging in Zoom calls/meetings
  6. Summarising the Hullo brand, missions and visions to potential investors/partners
  7. Consistently developing and nurturing new partnerships with companies
  8. Interacting with a diverse range of individuals and organisations
  9. Analysing and evaluating key performance indicators (KPI's)
  10. Working alongside other members of the Hullo team
