Grassroots Campaigner – Online Group

Who are we?

Results UK is a movement of passionate, committed people. Together as staff and grassroots activists, we advocate directly to parliamentarians, the UK Government and other decision-makers to guide them towards commitments that reduce poverty and inequality. Campaigns cover diverse areas like eradicating infectious diseases, ending undernutrition, and improving global education.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for passionate individuals who want to be part of a community of change and advocacy.

What would you be doing?

As a volunteer, you will actively contribute to influencing decision-makers on issues such as global health and education. The organization empowers volunteers to lead campaigns, providing monthly action materials for focused advocacy efforts.

Volunteers engage with MPs and Government Ministers through letter writing and strategic interactions, supported by provided training and guidance. In addition to traditional methods, social media and local press awareness are incorporated, allowing participation from anywhere in the UK.

Members also join monthly conference calls, offering insights, updates, and opportunities to learn from expert speakers. This is not just about taking action; it’s an opportunity to contribute to international development, ask questions, and connect with like-minded campaigners.

As a campaigner in our network, you'll actively shape the direction of our advocacy efforts. We believe in empowering our volunteers to take the lead, organising within their groups, and making a real impact on the global causes you care about.

We’ve made great progress in the fight against poverty, but there is still plenty of work to do! If you want to get involved and make a difference, please register your interest below.
